Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for primary care in a full-time outpatient practice. The APP will deliver comprehensive health services across the lifespan with emphasis on prevention and access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Nursing or a related field.
• Graduate of an Advanced Practitioner Program.
• 1-2 years APRN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the care and treatment of patients within scope and guidelines.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family following guidelines.
• Practices within Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
• Initiates and leads performance improvement to achieve top clinical indicators.
