Mount Carmel Johnstown is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care, to provide patient-centered care across the lifespan in a busy Johnstown clinic.

This full-time APP role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and collaboration with a physician under a Standard Care Arrangement.

Candidates must hold an Ohio APRN license and a Master’s degree; the position offers competitive compensation, benefits, relocation assistance, and CME support.

Qualifications

• Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field.
• Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
• Current RN license in Ohio; APRN license.
• BLS provider certification.
• DEA license.
• Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills.
• Self-directed professional with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages care and treatment of patients within scope and protocols.
• Develops a comprehensive plan of care with patient/family per guidelines.
• Collaborates with a supervising physician under a Standard Care Arrangement.
• Initiates and leads performance improvement activities to achieve top clinical indicators.
