Job summary

One Medical in Tempe, AZ is seeking a clinician with accredited NP or PA training to join our modern primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and participate in in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.

This role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds, and willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care across states.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles and rounds.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
