Qualifications

• Maintains active Washington State NP or PA license.
• DEA, and state prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a primary care provider preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting with prevention and chronic disease focus.
• Collaborates with physicians, RNs, pharmacists and social workers to optimize care.
• Diagnoses, treats, prescribes medications and refers to specialists when needed.
• Participates in after-hours coverage and team meetings as directed.
• Documents encounters timely and accurately, including asynchronous care.
• Supports transitions of care and quality improvement initiatives.
