Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited NP program.
• State licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or NP.
• 2+ years of Family NP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains patient history and performs assessments; orders and interprets studies.
• Provides direct treatment, prescriptive authority, and referrals as needed.
• Educates patients and families on prevention, options, and resources.
• Promotes informed choices, shared decision-making, and self-determination.
• Works within a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
• Complies with organizational integrity policies.
