Job summary

Mount Carmel Medical Group in Granville, Ohio, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Granville Primary Care practice. This full-time APP position supports high-quality, patient-centered care with a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule, Tuesday through Friday.

The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and improved community access to care. Experience in outpatient primary care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters in nursing with NP specialization required.
• APN/NP licensure as required by Ohio law.
• 2+ years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform assessments; order and interpret diagnostics.
• Provide direct treatment and management with prescriptive authority.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention, options, and resources.
• Promote age- and culture-appropriate informed decision-making.
• Work within a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
• Uphold Organizational Integrity by reporting potential wrongdoing.
