Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-site Oklahoma clinics, including Shawnee, to deliver primary care services in collaboration with physicians. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, order diagnostics, and educate patients on disease prevention, with emphasis on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications include licensure in Oklahoma, national certification, CPR, and practice experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license through the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing (Licensure and Supervision)
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Current malpractice coverage as required by the Board of Trustees
• Clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic testing to evaluate patient health status
• Diagnose and treat illnesses within your scope of practice and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order diagnostic procedures, including x-rays, and prescribe medications according to established protocols
• Counsel patients and families on preventive care, treatment options, and disease management
• Respond to urgent and emergent patient needs, including life sustaining interventions when required
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient histories, exams, and care plans
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to coordinate patient care
• Refer patients to specialists or other services as appropriate
