Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services in collaboration with our physicians across multiple Oklahoma locations. You will manage patient care from initial assessment through treatment and follow-up, following established protocols to deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license through the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing (Licensure and Supervision)
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Current malpractice coverage as required by the Board of Trustees
• Clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic testing to evaluate patient health status
• Diagnose and treat illnesses within your scope of practice and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order diagnostic procedures, including x-rays, and prescribe medications according to established protocols
• Counsel patients and families on preventive care, treatment options, and disease management
• Respond to urgent and emergent patient needs, including life sustaining interventions when required
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient histories, exams, and care plans
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to coordinate patient care
• Refer patients to specialists or other services as appropriate
