Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in collaboration with physicians across multiple Oklahoma clinics. You will manage patient care from assessment through follow-up within established protocols to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include health assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and counseling on preventive care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited NP program with national certification.
• Current CPR certification and malpractice coverage as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and exams.
• Diagnose and manage illnesses per protocol and treatment plans.
• Order diagnostics and prescribe medications as allowed.
• Counsel on preventive care and disease management.
• Coordinate with supervising physicians and care team.
• Document patient histories and care plans accurately.
• Refer to specialists when needed.
