Qualifications

• US citizenship or eligible non-citizen as per VA policy.
• MD/DO degree from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the US.
• Completion of ACGME/AOA accredited residency in a core specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provider supervision and performance management within the clinic.
• Manage scheduling grids and coverage for primary care teams.
• Coordinate care modalities (video, phone, in-person) and population health.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development with Clinic Manager.
