Mercy seeks a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to work with Primary Care Providers, delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. You will partner with patients and a clinical team to support safe, timely care and improve quality outcomes, while adhering to Mercy standards.

The role requires completion of MA Academy training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS certification; hospital-wide EHR proficiency is essential for daily documentation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Experience: One year in outpatient or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with EHR and clinical documentation.
