Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care MA to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering safe, timely, patient-centered care in a team-based environment. The role partners with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes in line with Mercy Service Standards.

Education includes a high school diploma; MA program graduation is preferred, and new hires attend the MA Clinic Academy training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education Preferred: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Experience Preferred: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
