Job summary

Mercy is hiring a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to work under the direction of the primary care operations team. You will work with providers and the care team to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care in line with Mercy Service Standards.

Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for MA program graduates. Training through MA Clinic Academy is required. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• One year of applicable patient care or medical office experience.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with the care team to drive quality outcomes for patients.
• Perform duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and clinical protocols.
