Qualifications

• BLS certification (RQI Provider) within seven days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for examinations and treatments, including obtaining histories and vital signs.
• Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments while ensuring patient comfort.
• Collect laboratory specimens and document patient information in the EMR.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including referrals, diagnostic testing, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies and support patient calls and portal communications.
