Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Harbor Medical Associates in South Weymouth seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to support our Primary Care suite onsite. You will rotate across specialties, take vital signs, and assist with patient flow, often seeing 20+ patients per day in a dynamic ambulatory setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (an Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting is preferred), BLS, and CMA certification where possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting preferred.
• BLS Certification and CMA certification preferred.
• Ability to support multiple providers and adapt to a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with taking vital signs, scheduling, and documenting patient information.
• Prepare examination rooms, interview patients, and collect specimens as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy if competent and support patient flow across services.
• Maintain inventory and assist with immunizations and education materials.
• Document in the medical record and liaise with care teams to ensure seamless care.
