Job summary

Marathon Health is hiring a Medical Assistant in Findlay, Ohio. The Medical Assistant works closely with primary care physicians to deliver patient care and ensure an exceptional experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• National or state-specific MA certification or registration is strongly preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escorts patients to room and ensures that exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked.
• Take vitals, perform blood draws, give injections, bandage wounds, assist with procedures.
• Front desk duties including patient scheduling, medical record requests, and referrals.
