Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. You will work closely with a PCP to deliver patient care, handle front-desk duties, take vitals, prepare injections, and assist with procedures in a busy clinic environment.

The role emphasizes the full patient experience, including documenting in the medical record, coordinating referrals, and providing timely communication with patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date; MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, assist with procedures, and work with labs for tests.
• Front desk duties: scheduling, records requests and referrals.
• Document data in medical records and communicate results to patients.
