Job summary

Logan Health's Primary Care team in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support clinical care, patient communication, and day-to-day operations. You'll prepare patients for exams, take histories and vitals, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts, a four-day workweek, and a comprehensive benefits package including retirement, health coverage, PTO, EAP, and education

Qualifications

• RMA or CMA credential required.
• Patient-centered mindset with empathy and respect.
• Comfort with vitals, specimen collection, medication administration, point-of-care testing, and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, collect vitals, review medical histories, and prepare them for exams.
• Support providers with routine exams, procedures, and patient care needs.
• Perform point-of-care testing, administer medications as directed, and process lab specimens.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and help create an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and the care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
