Mercy is seeking a Certified Advanced Medical Assistant to support Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate closely with patients and the clinical team to drive quality outcomes and ensure safe, timely care in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.
Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Medical Assistant program, with BLS certification and a willingness to attend clinic academy training.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Advanced Certified MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care Advanced Certified MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Certification(s): BLS (Basic Life Support)
Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Experience: One year of applicable patient care experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
