Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care LPN to join our team at the Jackson Primary Care Clinic in Jackson, MO. This PRN role supports providers and the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a busy primary care setting.

The LPN will partner with patients and colleagues to improve outcomes and ensure care aligns with Mercy's mission and standards. Schedule is PRN, with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the practice state.
• Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, ideally in primary care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensed as an LPN in the practice state
• Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, ideally in primary care
