Mercy Hospital Southeast in Jackson, MO seeks a lead LPN to work closely with the practice manager, providing patient care under supervision of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner.

Responsibilities include refilling medications, coordinating patient care across departments, testing and procedures, and upholding patient rights and confidentiality. This is a full-time, day-shift position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the practicing state.
• Certifications such as BLS, IV Certification, ACLS/ALS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E., as required or within a specified timeframe.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly


• Prolonged standing and walking
