Job summary

OnePeak Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Southern Oregon team. You will provide comprehensive patient care across office visits and telehealth, collaborating with a high-functioning care team to deliver whole-person health.

The ideal candidate holds an Oregon PA license (or eligibility), board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and a commitment to preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine within a supportive environment that emphasizes

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional and lifestyle medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care via office visits and telehealth.
• Order and interpret labs/imaging; diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff.
• Document visits timely in the EHR; participate in team meetings and quality initiatives.

Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records
