OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team in Oregon. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, foster lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

This role offers a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered, and a strong focus on functional medicine within primary care.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon PA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Order and interpret labs/imaging; diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and medications.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical staff.
• Document visits accurately in the EHR and maintain compliance.
• Participate in meetings, quality-improvement initiatives, and training.
• Support clinic operations and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in using electronic health records
