Job summary

OnePeak Medical Providers in Roseburg, Oregon, seeks a Physician Assistant focused on functional medicine to join a forward-thinking primary care team. You will provide direct patient care across office visits and telehealth, crafting personalized plans including lifestyle interventions and therapies.

No nights or weekends, a 4-day work week, and a robust support structure with medical assistants and scribes support your clinical performance.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered

• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions

• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner
