OnePeak Medical is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team in Southern Oregon clinics (Talent, Medford, Central Point, Grants Pass). You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to achieve optimal health outcomes.

The role emphasizes whole-person care with a focus on preventive, functional medicine, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon PA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong interest in preventive and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order labs/imaging, and diagnose conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and prescriptions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff.
• Document visits accurately in the EHR and participate in team meetings.
• Support clinic operations with a positive, team-oriented approach.

Compensation

Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments.


• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.


• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions.


• Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.


• Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff.


• Document visits in the EHR in a timely and compliant manner.


• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.


• Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).


• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.


• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.


• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.


• Proficient in using electronic health records.
