Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is actively hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care role in New York. The position requires 3-4 days per week with coverage of every other weekend, and offers a compensation range of $75.00-$78.00 per hour.

The provider will deliver evidence-based care, perform assessments, manage chronic diseases, and document visits in EPIC, while collaborating with physicians to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• FNP license and 1+ year of primary care or related experience.
• Ability to cover every other weekend.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients 18 months and older.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpreting diagnostic tests per state licensure.
• Manage common conditions including respiratory infections, UTIs, dermatologic conditions, allergies, and minor injuries.
• Deliver preventive care services including vaccinations, screenings, and routine exams.
• Document encounters in EPIC and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to ensure continuity of care and referrals.
