Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Float Primary Care Physician to join our team in Pembroke.
The role offers 0.5 FTE with in-person care at a designated location, backed by a robust support network including virtual care teams and care coordinators. You will join an experienced regional primary care pathway, providing high-quality patient care with flexible scheduling and access to full benefits at 0.5 FTE.

The anticipated salary for this position is $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Qualifications Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team — a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance. The Regional Primary Care Physician will be based at one practice location and provide in-person care for patients within the local Mass General Brigham network whose primary care provider is on leave or transitioning. Rather than managing your own panel, you’ll step into a well-resourced clinic and be supported by our Virtual Care Team, Medical Access Coordinators, Behavioral Health Team, and After-Hours Call Program.
