Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a flexible per diem opportunity within our Primary Care Float Pool. This highly skilled team of clinicians provides essential support across our practices, helping maintain continuity of care during unexpected callouts, extended leaves, planned vacations, and staffing vacancies.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Willingness to work per diem across North Shore practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and thorough care for patients as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, care coordinators, and specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and communication; in-basket management and after-hours call support.
