Qualifications

• US citizenship requirement and VA policy compliance.
• MD or equivalent degree from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Residency training approved by VA for board eligibility.
• Board certification preferred for faculty status.
• 3–5 years of experience in primary care lettuce leadership roles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Physician Practice across the John J. Pershing VAMC and surrounding clinics.
• Direct primary care operations, clinical quality, and access initiatives.
• Drive system-wide performance and patient-centered care improvements.
• Balance administrative leadership with active clinical practice.
