Job summary

Primary Care Solutions in California is seeking a physician to provide direct clinical care for veterans and oversee care delivery within a VA-connected clinic. You will ensure adherence to VA guidelines and strive for excellent clinical outcomes through chart reviews and direct observation.

Develop and maintain a positive relationship with VA partners, support patient enrollment and scheduling, and lead care coordination efforts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine.
• Active state license and DEA in state of practice.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• VA guidelines familiarity is a plus (CPRS/VISTA).
• Ability to provide clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care for veterans with diagnosis and treatment.
• Oversee clinical care for veterans enrolled in the clinic.
• Serve as a medical resource for care delivery.
• Maintain excellent clinical outcomes via periodic chart reviews and VA guidelines.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with VA partners.
• Support patient enrollment and scheduling guidance when needed.
