Details
  • Department: Primary Care
  • Schedule: 1.0 FTE | 40 hours a week | Full-time | Days | M-F | No weekends or major holidays
  • Hospital: Covering 3 different Primary Care clinics
  • Location: Brookfield, WI and Sussex, WI

Responsibilities
  • Supervise assigned staff in performing activities or tasks of the practice site(s).
  • Supervise orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff.
  • Assist with performance evaluations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementing new services.
  • Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
  • Leadership Experience and EPIC knowledge
