Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care Medical Assistant to work under the direction of the primary care operations team. You will collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way.

You will partner with patients, providers and the care team to drive quality outcomes, support training through MA Clinic Academy, and adhere to Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• One year of patient care or medical office experience preferred.
• Must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Position Details

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Education Preferred: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Experience Preferred: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
