Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care MA to work directly with Primary Care Providers, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical team. The role emphasizes safety, timeliness, and efficient care in line with Mercy Service Standards.
Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; candidates with an accredited Medical Assistant program are preferred. Experience in patient care or medical office settings is welcomed, and new hires will attend MA Clinic Academy
Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
