Mercy Hospital Southeast - Primary Care Clinic in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse (LPN) to join the care team. Under the direction of the primary care operations team, you will support providers to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
You will collaborate with patients and staff to drive quality outcomes and participate in a culture of continuous improvement. Requires accredited practical nursing program and MO LPN licensure.
Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Hours/Schedule
Full-Time (40-hrs per week)
Shift: Days 8a-4:30P Mon-Fri
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure: Licensed as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of practice.
Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office.
