Novant Health Family Medical Center - Danbury is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a rural, outpatient primary care team in Stokes County, NC. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive care in a small-town clinic setting and supports the community's health needs with patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree and an active PA or NP license in the state, with NCCPA or board registry, BLS, and DEA registration.
