Novant Health Lexington Primary Care in Lexington, NC is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join a mature team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs. You will focus on preventive care and chronic disease management for both pediatric and adult patients in a rural, community-based setting.

The role offers a 24-hour per week schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri) in a well-established practice, with comprehensive benefits and CME allowance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from NCCPA-accredited PA program or NP program
• Current PA/NP license in appropriate state
• NCCPA certification or registry with state nursing board
• BLS certification and DEA registration required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health and chronic disease management
• Outpatient primary care clinic environment treating children and adult patients (7+ years old)
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and wellness strategies

What We Offer

Novant Health Lexington Primary Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join an established, growing team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs to provide care to our patients in Lexington, NC. The ideal provider would have experience in preventative and chronic disease management.

Opportunity Highlights

• Part-Time Schedule (24 hours per week), working only Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Work in a well-established family medicine practice located in a rural community

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree required, either a graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, or NP or post Master’s NP program required.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA or NP license in appropriate state required. NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required.
