Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. (PHS) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) or Physician (Internal/Family Medicine) to deliver comprehensive ambulatory primary care at the Burlington Community Health Center in Burlington, NC.

The role supports scheduled patients, walk-ins, and add-ons within center hours. Candidates must complete an approved PA/NP program, hold a current NC license, and maintain DEA and BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• North Carolina license to practice as PA/NP is required and must be current.
• DEA certificate required and current.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory primary care across pediatric to geriatric populations.
• See scheduled patients, walk-ins, and add-ons during Center hours.
• Provide telephone consultations and perform related medical administrative tasks.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and operate within approved privileges.
