Job summary

Oregon Medical Group's Northside Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative primary care team. Outpatient only with four-day schedules for FT APCs, hybrid options, and a shared-panel care model.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
• Board certification as NP or PA, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care as part of a collaborative team.
• Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model.
• No on-call; support from onsite pharmacist, RN/LPN, social work, and MA teams.
• Opportunities to perform office-based procedures based on experience and interest.
