As a clinical provider, you are responsible for providing primary care to our patients in our outpatient clinic(s). You will manage the health of patients by providing preventive evaluations, wellness education, and treating acute and chronic illnesses/conditions. In addition, you will prescribe, order labs/tests and document care in the electronic medical record.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate Program
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to start.
• Excellent patient care and time management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Primary Care or managed care setting

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $110,000 - $166,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
