Job summary

Optum Crescent Medical Clinic in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our primary care team. This role emphasizes top-of-license practice in a collaborative setting, with no panel ownership and strong multidisciplinary support.

You'll work in an outpatient environment with a four-day schedule for full-time APCs (hybrid options available), seeing roughly 16–17 patients daily.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
  • Board certification, or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Previous primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Details
  • Outpatient only Primary Care
  • Four-day work week for full-time APC's; Hybrid roles for eligible candidates

Required Qualifications

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
