Zusammenfassung

SMS Clean is seeking personnel to maintain clean, orderly premises across commercial and public facilities. You will perform a range of janitorial tasks including cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, floors, windows, and more to uphold high sanitation standards.

No prior experience or training is required; English literacy is expected, with basic math and reasoning abilities. This role operates on a 2nd shift, with potential for growth in a safety-conscious, team-oriented environment.

• Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
• Essential Duties include: Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Requirements

Language Ability:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Math Ability:Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
