Northeast Family Services is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker for our LGBTQIA+ oriented Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative team. Help us create a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY! This team will deliver culturally informed and competent services to the LGBTQ community.

The PRIDE Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician, supporting the implementation of treatment plans and working with clients and families to achieve in-home therapy goals, addressing behavioral needs and enhancing family/caregiver support for successful functioning in home and community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families
• LGBTQ culturally competent through education, training, or experience
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a car

Compensation

• Full-time: Salary $42,000 - $52,000; Incentive rate $40/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-service rate: $25 - $40/hour
