PRIDE-Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training & Support – 4-day work week!

Join us as a PRIDE-Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training & Support at Northeast Family Services. We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our LGBTQIA+ Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative team, delivering culturally informed services to the community.

Position Details

The Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under a licensed Clinician to support treatment plans and work with clients and families to achieve therapy goals and improve family support for behavioral and emotional needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
  • At least one year experience working with children and families
  • LGBTQ culturally competent through education, training, or experience
  • Experience with behavioral or emotional disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Compensation
  • Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 annually
  • Incentive rate: $40/hour over productivity
  • Fee-for-service rate: $25 - $40/hour
