Highlights of the Position

• Work collaboratively with clients using various therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver outpatient services to the LGBTQIA+ community in a culturally competent manner.
• Enjoy a summer schedule with 'Summer Fun Fridays' closing at 12:30 pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Retention bonus at 6 months: $1500 for initial license, $3000 if independently licensed.

Qualifications

• MA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services field.
• License in Rhode Island (LCSW, LMHCA, LICSW, LMHC).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Culturally competent in LGBTQIA+ issues.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
