Join Northeast Family Services as a PRIDE-In-Home Therapist and enjoy a 4-day work week, providing community-based services to the LGBTQ youth community. Our new initiative aims to deliver culturally competent behavioral health services in clients' homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes
• Work with youth with behavioral needs, including those diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Possibly utilize training in Applied Behavioral Analysis

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or related field
• Experience working with multicultural families and children in community settings
• LGBTQ culturally competent through education, training, or experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 annually, with incentives
• Fee-for-service rates: $50 - $70/hour
