Job summary

The Family Partnership is seeking a PRIDE Drop-In Coordinator to provide crisis intervention and advocacy for individuals affected by sex trafficking or exploitation. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and involves coordinating services with external providers to support clients.

The position requires a High School Diploma and experience working with vulnerable populations; evening and weekend hours may be required. We value diversity and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience with unsheltered individuals or survivors preferred.
  • Survivor experience valued; trafficking survivors encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to facilitate groups for diverse ages and learning styles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention, support, information, and referrals to PRIDE Drop-In participants.
  • Connect clients with community resources and access available services.
  • Assist clients in obtaining housing resources and support.
  • Coordinate services with probation, social workers, treatment centers, shelter teams, therapists.
  • Set up and maintain Drop-In spaces and inventory.
  • Document attendance and participant activities in records.
