Since its launch in 2008, the App Store has connected millions of developers to our devices, having now paid +$320 billion to developers who are connected to over 2 billion devices in 175 countries around the world. Today, there are more ways than ever for developers to monetize and distribute their apps in a secure and trusted way; and we’re just getting started!This role will be responsible for defining and bringing to life new features that allow Apple and third‑party developers to unlock the potential of their apps, in‑apps, and subscriptions. You’ll design extensible systems that enable these features across a variety of use cases and lines of business, develop internal tooling to assist operations teams in launching and maintaining these features, and work in close partnership with cross‑functional business, product, engineering and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into detailed technical specifications. In addition to meeting the business’ needs, you will be responsible for ensuring that the features you launch comply with the various legal, regulatory, tax and business requirements that come with operating a diverse, global digital goods marketplace.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and launching robust features in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The Pricing Product team plays a crucial role to provide developers with the tools and features they need to monetize their apps, acquire, and retain their customers. In this role, you will be an active participant in functional and technical design discussions, testing, and prioritization with global and cross‑functional teams.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $311,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
