Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a skilled professional to implement, configure, and maintain pricing tools and automated systems for Commercial Solutions initiatives. The role focuses on modernization, integration, and future-state design, leveraging VBA, SQL, Power Query, API, and Power Platform to advance the REBOOT Pricing Strategy.

You will collaborate with Strategic Finance, Contracts, and Commercial Operations to define integration processes, document workflows, and ensure governance

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and automating pricing, financial, or business process tools using advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, patient safety, data integrity, and associated regulations.
• 2+ years' experience in CRO, IRT study delivery, clinical systems development, or comparable pricing technology development desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve issues in pricing tools and production systems to meet SLAs.
• Design and implement software solutions for data integration, automation, monitoring, and reporting across multiple platforms.
• Lead pricing tool modernization and consolidation efforts.
• Prepare specs, plans, reports, and technical documentation through system development and support.
• Translate user requirements into technical designs for pricing tools and automation.
