Job summary

Watsco Ventures in Deerfield Beach, FL seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst – Vendor Quote Management to own end-to-end Enhanced Pricing Requests and vendor quote submissions with key partners like Rheem, driving margin improvements.

You will build business cases, analyze market data, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver accurate, timely pricing submissions and dashboards that track performance and compliance with pricing programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years pricing/financial analysis or procurement analytics experience.
• Experience managing vendor quotes, RFQ/RFPs or pricing workflows.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Enhanced Pricing Request (EPR) and vendor quote submissions.
• Develop templates, SOPs, and tracking tools for workflows and deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor pricing inquiries and approvals.
• Monitor submission statuses and update stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with pricing governance and vendor guidelines.
• Coordinate with divisions to validate data and maintain accuracy.
• Build financial models to quantify revenue and margin benefits.
• Translate pricing data into executive-ready business cases.
• Work cross-functionally to gather inputs for accurate submissions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc pricing reports and dashboards.
