Job summary

Keystone Technologies seeks a Pricing Analyst to develop quotes, analyze customer pricing, and partner with sales to improve pricing strategies and profitability. You will work closely with teams across the organization to enhance pricing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes pricing data analysis, market trends, and ERP system usage, with opportunities to expand analytics capabilities and influence pricing decisions regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related field preferred; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3–5 years of pricing analysis experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience in the lighting industry preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SQL; experience with P21 software is highly desirable.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to pricing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with the sales team and other departments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Uphold and implement Keystone’s Core Values, consistently aligning actions and decisions that reflect the core principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for job quotes based on market trends and inventory levels.
• Manage customer pricing effectively in P21/ ERP software.
• Analyze pricing results including trends, turnaround time, win ratios, and price competitiveness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide timely and accurate pricing information.
• Utilize advanced Excel to manage and analyze pricing data, eventually expanded into Power BI analytics.
• Build strong relationships with sales representatives to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and customer expectations.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend creative solutions to optimize pricing strategies.
• Analyze competitive market research and maintain competitive database.
• Prepare regular reports on pricing trends and competitive analysis for management review.
• Support the implementation of pricing-related projects and initiatives.
• Expand pricing support to all divisions within the company (Distribution, OEM, ESCO, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
